New assignment in Retail & Supply Chain 

Frontwalker strengthens data-driven business processes at an expanding SaaS company 

Frontwalker has been awarded an exciting and strategically important assignment at a fast-growing SaaS company in Retail & Supply Chain. The assignment includes system mapping, data analysis and master data management with the goal of establishing a stable and scalable internal data structure that strengthens the entire organisation’s ability to work in a data-driven way. 

Our consultant will be responsible for analysing and structuring existing systems and data flows, defining master data and designing solutions linked to the customer’s existing Microsoft Dynamics environment. The work involves close cross-functional collaboration with the customer to identify internal needs and data dependencies, as well as driving the activities required to deliver a cohesive and business-supporting information architecture. 

Through this assignment, we are helping to strengthen the customer’s ability to make faster and better decisions, simplify reporting and follow-up, and create a robust data foundation for continued product development, automation and expansion. The assignment is yet another example of how Frontwalker combines technical understanding, business insight and structural capital to create customer value in complex data environments.
